Our firm offers many services which include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, lot splits & elevation certificates as well as spot surveys, final surveys, site plan preparation & stakeout for new construction.
Staff
Peter D. Gratosky is the president and has been a Professional Land Surveyor since 1996, Pete is licensed in Florida as well as Pennsylvania. He is a proud U. S. Navy "Seabees" Veteran.
Robin Gratosky is Pete's wife / Office manager and most likely the friendly voice you will first speak with.
Jessica Lowden is not only their daughter but also the Project Manager.
